I have been cooking in professional kitchens for 23 years. I have worked in many areas of the culinary spectrum hotels, convention centers, restaurants, and catering. I am currently the chef de cuisine of Rooster's, a Noble Grille in Winston Salem, NC. I have been at Rooster's for two years where I have the pleasure of working with Executive Chef Micahel Spencer and General Manager Nick Allen.
