I'm the Executive Chef at Dalmare Italian Chophouse. I have over 13 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and I spend most my free time watching/listening/reading about other chefs and different cuisines.

More importantly than that, I'm an alcoholic and drug addict in recovery. With over 3 1/2 years sober, I'm hoping to be able to reach out to others struggling, particularly in the restaurant industry, and help inspire and motivate them to move past whatever obstacles are holding them back.
